Questions before you book

How does booking work?

Click Book now, pick a time on our Cal.com booking page and pay the $749 by card as part of the booking. The call is confirmed straight away and the calendar invite is emailed to you.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Reschedule with reasonable notice using the link in your confirmation email. Cancel at least two business days before the call and the fee is refunded in full. With less notice, contact us and we will reschedule where we can.

What happens on the call?

A Gracia Studio expert asks targeted questions about your goals, customers, enquiries, sales, follow-up, repetitive admin, service delivery, reporting, team capacity, systems and data. No long form, no automated result.

When do I get the roadmap?

Within 48 hours of your assessment call. It lists the three to seven fixes we found, ranked by value, effort and risk, with the tools we recommend and the estimated hours and dollars each change saves. A separate 30-minute follow-up call guides you through the recommendations and how we can handle setup and implementation for you.

Is the fee credited to a build?

No. The assessment is paid work that stands on its own, and the roadmap is yours to keep whether you build with us, with someone else, or not at all. Builds are scoped and quoted separately.

Do you work outside Brisbane?

Yes. We're based in Brisbane and work with businesses across Australia by phone, video and secure online tools. Nothing about the assessment needs us on site.
