1. Who this policy covers
This policy explains how Gracia Studio handles information in Neon Survivor and other apps that link to this page. “We”, “us”, and “our” mean Gracia Studio. It also explains the roles of Apple and our advertising provider, Google AdMob.
2. Information handled by Neon Survivor
Gameplay information stored on your device
Neon Survivor stores game progress, settings, earned virtual coins, unlocked content, mission progress, and processed purchase identifiers locally on your device using Apple platform storage. We do not operate an account system or receive this local gameplay information on our own servers.
Purchases
If you buy a virtual coin pack, Apple processes the payment through the App Store. The app receives product and transaction information needed to verify the purchase and prevent a transaction from being credited twice. We do not receive your complete payment-card details. Apple handles this information under Apple’s Privacy Policy.
Advertising and device information
Neon Survivor uses Google Mobile Ads and Google’s User Messaging Platform to provide rewarded and interstitial advertising and manage applicable privacy choices. Depending on your location, choices, device settings, and whether ads are available, Google and enabled advertising partners may process identifiers, IP address, device and app information, advertising interactions, approximate location derived from IP address, and diagnostics. 3. Tracking permission and consent
On supported Apple devices, the app may ask for permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt before data is used to track activity across other companies’ apps or websites. You may refuse this permission and continue playing. Where required, a consent message also lets you make choices about personalised advertising. Refusing personalised advertising does not remove ads, but ads may be less relevant.
You can change Apple tracking permission later in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Where available, the app also provides access to advertising privacy choices from its menu.
4. Why information is used
- Provide and save game functionality.
- Process and verify in-app purchases.
- Show and measure rewarded and interstitial ads.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and duplicate purchase credit.
- Maintain security, diagnose problems, and comply with legal obligations.
5. Sharing and international processing
Information may be handled by service providers that support the app, including Apple for App Store distribution and purchases, and Google AdMob and enabled advertising partners for advertising. These providers may process information in countries other than yours under their own policies and legal safeguards. We do not sell personal information directly and do not maintain a user-data brokerage business.
6. Retention and control
Local gameplay data remains on your device until you reset the app’s data or delete the app. Purchase records may also be retained by Apple under its policies. Advertising providers retain information according to their own policies and legal obligations.
You may limit tracking in iOS settings, use available in-app privacy choices, or delete the app to remove locally stored gameplay data. To ask about information controlled directly by Gracia Studio, contact us at the address below. We may need enough information to understand and respond to your request, but we will not ask for your Apple Account password or payment-card details.
7. Children
Neon Survivor is not directed to children below the minimum age permitted for personalised advertising or data consent in their location. We do not knowingly operate accounts for children or ask children to provide contact information. If you believe a child has sent personal information directly to us, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.
8. Security and policy changes
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the limited information we control. No system is completely secure. We may update this policy when the app, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the latest version.
