What can AI automation actually do for a small business?
Answer and qualify enquiries, draft quotes, create bookings, move approved information between systems, prepare routine follow-up, and summarise activity for the owner. The useful starting point is one specific workflow, not "adding AI" everywhere.
Do I have to replace the software I already use?
Usually not. We look first for safe ways to connect and improve the tools you already run. New software only gets recommended when it removes a real limitation and is worth the disruption.
What happens on the assessment call?
A Gracia Studio expert asks targeted questions about your goals, customers, enquiries, sales, follow-up, repetitive admin, service delivery, reporting, team capacity, systems and data. No long form, no automated result. The written roadmap comes afterwards, then a 30-minute call to walk through it.
How soon do I get the roadmap?
Within 48 hours of your assessment call. It lists the three to seven fixes we found, ranked by value, effort and risk, with the tools we recommend and the estimated hours and dollars each change saves. A separate 30-minute follow-up call then walks you through it.
Is the assessment fee credited to a build?
No. The assessment is paid work that stands on its own, and the roadmap is yours to keep whether you build with us, with someone else, or not at all. Builds are scoped and quoted separately.
Can you automate our phones and enquiries?
Yes. Phone and website chat agents are one of the first workflows we build. They answer around the clock, qualify the enquiry and only book what you've approved. Before launch we map the common reasons people call, the details to collect and the outcomes you permit, then test real enquiries, booking conflicts, urgent calls and escalation paths.
Do you work outside Brisbane?
Yes. We're based in Brisbane and work with businesses across Australia by phone, video and secure online tools. Nothing about the assessment or the builds needs us on site.
